Below you’ll find all the information you need to set up tuition payments and submit Stay & Play invoices.

Automatic Monthly Payments

You can set up automatic monthly payments using your credit/debit card or ACH bank transfer (ACH helps reduce processing fees for the school)

  • Payments will be processed once per month for 9 months.

  • The subscription will automatically cancel after the 9th payment.

  • You’ll receive confirmation after each payment and can change your card information at any time.

  • If you have more than one child enrolled, you’ll need to set up a separate subscription for each child.

  • NOTE: You can cancel auto-payment anytime and switch to check but you cannot then switch back.

You may choose to pay by check instead of setting up autopay. Checks must be made out to Calvary Bible Fellowship Church and mailed or dropped off at:

Stay & Play Payments

Invoices for Stay & Play days will be sent home on paper. The amount varies depending on the days your child attends.

To pay:

  • Use the link below
  • Enter the amount shown on your invoice
  • Payments can be made by card or ACH Bank
  • You can also pay via check using the address above
