Meeting Needs In Berks County

We believe that Jesus has called us to meet the needs of those who need help as a sign of love to them and a witness to His love for us.  To that end, we have partnered with several ministries in Berks County that directly support those who are dealing with significant need.

• Hope Rescue Mission: Providing shelter, food, and resources to men experiencing homelessness.
• LightHouse Women & Children’s Center: Providing shelter, food, and resources to women and children experiencing homelessness.
• Hannah’s Hope: A place of Transitional Housing & Support for Mothers with Children
• Mercy Women’s Center: Providing women with a listening ear, reliable information, and essential help during challenging times.
• North Star Initiative: Advocating for the restoration of people caught in sex trafficking

Please consider praying for and volunteering at these ministries as a means of fulfilling Christ’s command to His followers.

• Wisdom for the ministry leaders to know how to help people through difficult circumstances.
• The resources needed to meet the current ministry needs.
• Opportunities to connect people with the Gospel.

• Praise God for sending us new families and for growing the church.
• Praise God for motivating the hearts of the young and mature to serve in different capacities to help establish Hope Church.
• Pray for our family, as there have been many changes in such a short time.
• Pray that those who attend the church and hear the gospel would come to faith. Pray that we continue to grow and be an example to our community of Christ-centered love and that we would present a clear message.

John & Suzanna provide services for children with special needs, senior citizens, and medical services for those in need.
